Enjoy same-day delivery in Dubai when you order before 10am, and next-day delivery in Abu Dhabi when you order before 4pm.
For Sharjah and all other emirates, place your order before 4pm for delivery on the next scheduled delivery day.
Delivery Information
All orders are carefully packed and delivered in temperature-controlled frozen transport to ensure maximum freshness and food safety.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as deliveries cannot be left unattended.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver across the UAE with convenient delivery options to suit your schedule!
✔️ Dubai: Same-day delivery when you order before 10am.
✔️ Abu Dhabi: Next-day delivery when you order before 4pm.
✔️ Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain & Fujairah: Order before 4pm for delivery on the next scheduled delivery day. Deliveries are available twice weekly.
What delivery time slots can I choose from?
We deliver across the UAE Monday - Saturday:
Dubai:
- 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Abu Dhabi:
- 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Sharjah Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Al Ghadeer & Fujairah: - 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
How do I choose my delivery date and time?
At checkout, you’ll be prompted to select your preferred delivery date and time slot.
How much is the delivery fee?
We charge AED25 for shipping to any location across the UAE.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
🛎️ For safety and quality reasons, we do not leave deliveries unattended.
● If no one is home, our driver will try to call or WhatsApp you to arrange re-delivery later that day, if possible.
● If re-delivery isn’t feasible, your order will be returned to the Tiny & Good warehouse,
and one of our team will be in touch.
How do you ensure food stays fresh during delivery?
❄️ We use cold chain logistics to keep food frozen and safe. If your order isn’t frozen upon arrival, contact us at hello@tinyandgood.ae immediately.
