All orders are carefully packed with dry ice and shipped using refrigerated transport to ensure maximum freshness and safety for your little one.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver across the UAE daily:
✔️ Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: Order by 3:00 PM for next-day delivery, Monday to Saturday.
✔️ Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain & Fujairah: Order by 3:00 PM for following-day delivery (your order will arrive the day after next). Deliveries available Monday to Sunday.
What delivery time slots can I choose from?
We deliver across the UAE daily:
✔️ Dubai:
- 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
✔️ Abu Dhabi & Sharjah:
- 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
✔️ Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain & Fujairah:
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
How do I choose my delivery date and time?
At checkout, you’ll be prompted to select your preferred delivery date and time slot. *Please ensure you pin location is accurate so our drivers can deliver without delay.
How much is the delivery fee?
We charge AED25 for shipping to any location across the UAE.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
🛎️ For safety and quality reasons, we do not leave deliveries unattended.
● If no one is home, our driver will try to re-deliver later that day, if possible.
● If re-delivery isn’t feasible, your order will be returned to the Tiny & Good warehouse,
and one of our team will be in touch.
How do you ensure food stays fresh during delivery?
