Tiny & Good Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tiny & Good, we are committed to providing high-quality, fresh, and safe baby food. Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that issues may arise, and weโ€™re here to help.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tinyandgood.ae.ย 

If your order has not yet been picked and packed, we will use reasonable measures to accommodate your request.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@tinyandgood.ae with photos and order details. Our team will review your request and provide a solution within 2 business days.

Request a Refund or Replacement

If eligible, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at hello@tinyandgood.ae.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food products. Additionally, we do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

As we do not accept returns, exchanges are not possible. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
