Starting Solids & Feeding Basics
Is Tiny & Good compatible with baby-led weaning?
Yes, absolutely! Our purees are perfect for spoon-feeding practice or for your baby to explore self-feeding. Combining purees with baby-led weaning finger foods is a great way to introduce different textures, encourage experimentation, and support your little one’s growing independence
at mealtime.
When can my baby start Tiny & Good?
Tiny & Good can be offered as soon as your baby shows signs of being ready to start solids. Every baby is unique, so follow your little one’s cues and your own instincts.
What texture should I choose for my baby?
Our texture guide helps match your baby’s age to the recommended texture, but it’s more about how your baby handles the food. Watch how they manage the texture in their mouth, and you’ll know when they’re ready to move to the next stage. Every baby is different!
Can I do baby-led weaning with purees?
Yes! Blending baby-led weaning with purees is an excellent approach to introducing a wide range of foods. Purees provide a different sensory experience, helping your baby explore new flavors and ensuring they’re getting the right nutrients along the way.
When is the best time to offer food?
Many babies start showing signs of readiness for solids around 5-6 months. Look out for signs like good head control, interest in food, and no longer pushing food out with their tongue. Start with offering solids about 30 minutes to an hour after a milk feed to ensure they’re hungry but not too full.
What foods are best to start with?
Our First Taste packs are perfect for introducing simple, single-flavor purees. From there, mix and match or try our Starting Solids Bundle, which includes a selection of smooth-texture purees designed for those exciting first bites.
I have a fussy eater—will Tiny & Good work for us?
Yes! Tiny & Good is all about variety. Offering a wide range of flavors and textures can help even the fussiest eaters become more open to new foods during this crucial period of development.
What if my little one doesn’t like Tiny & Good food?
Don’t worry—sometimes it takes a bit of persistence. It’s recommended to offer a new food 15-20 times before a baby truly decides whether they like it. Keep trying, and you might be surprised!
Our Food & Nutrition
Do your meals contain allergens?
At Tiny & Good, we take allergens seriously. While none of our purees contain the top 9 allergens, they are prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be present. If your baby has a specific allergy, we recommend being cautious and consulting with your healthcare provider before trying our products.
Are your meals pediatrician-approved?
Yes, all our meals are created with input from pediatricians to ensure they meet your baby’s high nutritional needs.
Are your meals dietitian-approved?
Absolutely! Each meal is crafted in collaboration with pediatric dietitians to ensure it supports your baby’s growth and provides all the essential nutrients they need during their critical first 1,000 days.

defrosted. For optimal nutrition and taste, we don’t recommend refreezing after
thawing.
