Delivery Areas & Timeframes

We offer next-day delivery for all orders placed before 3 PM.

Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered on the following delivery day.

Order Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification.

Delivery Safety & Packaging

We do not leave deliveries unattended. For safety reasons, deliveries must be accepted by someone at the delivery location.

We ship in refrigerated vans and use thermal insulated packaging and dry ice to maintain the frozen temperature of the goods.

Rescheduling Your Delivery

Need to change your delivery date or time? No problem.
You can reschedule your delivery any time before your order is out for delivery.
Just email us at hello@tinyandgood.ae with your order number and preferred delivery day/time.

Public Holidays

Please note that delivery services may be limited during public holidays.
We'll notify you of any changes in advance.

Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you and rebook your delivery.
We offer one redelivery attempt free of charge.
If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, your order will be refunded and you will need to place a new order.

To avoid delays or missed deliveries, please ensure someone is available at your chosen delivery time.
