Microwave (900W):
From frozen:
- Remove paper sleeve and lid.
- Cover loosely (paper towel or
microwave-safe cover. - Heat on full power for 2 minutes.
- Stir well
- Heat in 30-second intervals until hot
throughout. - Check piping hot throughout. Stir before serving and allow to cool.
Add a splash of water or milk if needed.

Microwave (900W):
From Frozen:
- Remove paper sleeve and lid.
- Cover loosely (paper towel or
microwave-safe cover. - Heat on full power for 2 minutes.
- Stir well
- Heat for a further 1 minute until hot
throughout. - Check piping hot throughout. Stir before serving and allow to cool.
If needed, continue heating in 30-second increments until piping hot throughout.
Oven:
From Frozen
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
- Remove paper sleeve and lid. Push upwards on the base of the pot to release the frozen meal.
- Transfer to an ovenproof dish and cover with foil or an ovenproof lid.
- Heat for 25–35 minutes, or until piping hot throughout.
- Allow to cool before serving.
From Defrosted
- Defrost in the fridge overnight.
